I'm a recent transplant from the state of Indiana. I moved out here to be with my partner. I'm a fairly active guy that enjoys most outdoor activities. I'm also a painter who enjoys painting contemporary styled pieces and doing the landscape from time to time. I've had some one man shows in my past back east and I'm interested in developing my art on the west coast. Of course painting is not my day job, but my other job will hopefully allow me more painting time.

Tell us what you like to do in your spare time or for entertainment.

I enjoy painting and producing artwork primarily. I also spend time working in the yard and on the house with my partner of 2 years. I enjoy going to the movies, gallery exhibits, and other functions in the Sacramento area.

Tell us about your tastes (music, film, art, books, etc.)

I'm a pretty open book. I enjoy most all things and I'm willing to try anything at least once. I gravitate towards sci-fi, suspense, action, and arthouse films. I'm a light reader and tend to read more books on painting techniqes and of course the Sacramento Bee.

What kind of social activities are you looking for? (Optional)

I'm looking to just network with other people in the community, the art community, and develope meaningful friendships.
